What's going on with Fashion in April 2007

Brantano shoes - these are advertising on TV a lot at the moment about being the ideal shoe shop to avoid Shoe Rage. They say they put out pairs of shoes organised by size.
Brantano is in the UK, Luxemburg, and Belgium. Founded by Professor Anne-Marie Brantano is the genius who first identified the 'Slingback Synapse' - the ad can be seen here

Aldo is another big name in shoes at the moment with lots of amazing strappy tall sandals, very glam high heels as well as a practical range of flatties which will be comfy as well as pretty. They've got bright colours as well as animal prints shoes, wedgey heels as well as thinner stiletoe styles shoes.

It is time to start thinking about sunglasses too - we've already had a couple of smashing days here in Manchester and its definately not good going out without proper sunglasses to protect your eyes. There's some wide frame, large lenses, wide arms and nice designs out there at the moment.

Smock dresses are very in at the moment too - a thigh length smock can look really amazing with either dark tights or pale legs.
There's a range of styles with different necks from a slash cut neck to a looped shallow or wide neck.Different length sleeves are out there with everything from no sleeves to three quarter length. There are also shirt dresses, backless styles thrown in too to add more variety.

Canvas flat pumps are out there in bright little pretty colours and patterns. You can team these with skirts or jeans and they'll be easy to wear making them practical and good for wearing to work.
